Slice zucchini into 3in long planks that are maybe an inch across; use a thin slice since you will be using these on a sandwich.
Slice the red bell pepper into 3in strips.
Slice the bagel in half and toast it.
Mix the blue cheese and cream cheese. Spread the mixture on the base of each of the sandwiches. Layer on zucchini, red bell pepper, and finish it turkey. Put the top on the sandwich; add salt and pepper to taste.
