Pork Ribs

Marinated Pork Ribs

  • Freshly grated garlic, 3 tablespoons (45cc)
  • Tobasco sauce, 3 tablespoons (45cc) (Use less if you don't like spicy food!)
  • Molasses, 1 tablespoon (15cc)
  • Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon (15cc)
  • Catsup, 1 cup (235cc)
  • Country-style boneless pork “ribs”, 3 lbs (1200g)

Mix the garlic, Tobasco, molasses, soy sauce, and ketchup to form the marinade. Marinate the pork overnight. Remove the pork from the marinade, and lightly sautee the pork on all sides in a small amount of oil in a large frying pan. Add the marinade to the frying pan and allow it to warm. Pour ribs and marinade into a baking dish and arrange the ribs.

Place in pre-heated oven at 375°F (180°C) and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
